The Interorganization Council on Disarmament was established in 1931 as a council of officers of national educational, social, peace and religious organizations which were interested in the success of the World Disarmament Conference in Geneva. Laura Puffer Morgan was closely associated with this Council, which was terminated in 1933. The National Peace Conference continued the Council's functions.
