Taylor, Walter P. (Walter Penn), 1888-1972
Variant namesBiologist; pioneer in the field of wildlife management. After 1909, Taylor became Asst. Biologist for the Biological Survey under the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture where he worked for 35 years in California, Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and the Pacific Northwest.
