John Robb Baxter (1851-1930) served as Justice of the Peace for Sanpete County, Utah.
John Robb Baxter was born 9 February 1851 in Aberdeen, Scotland to John Baxter and Jean Mckenzie Robb. He married Janet Gardiner Jack on 16 November 1887 in Logan, Cache, Utah. They had seven children. John served as Justice of the Peace for Sanpete County, Utah, in 1890. He died 10 June 1930 in Spring City, Sanpete, Utah.
