Jarred Vincent Crabb (b. 1902, Olney, Ill.-d. July 25, 1981), U.S. Air Force officer, a graduate of Purdue University, enlisted in the Army as a flying cadet and attended flying school, receiving a commission in 1930. His early career included assignments in the U.S., Panama Canal Zone, and Newfoundland. During World War II, General Crabb served as commander of a bombardment group operating in the South Pacific theater, and held several key positions with the 5th Bomber Command, at headquarters of the 5th Air Force, and as commander of the 314th Composite Wing. After the War, he served as deputy commander of the 9th Air Force, commander of the 13th Air Force in the Philippines, and deputy chief of staff for operations of the Far East Air Forces headquartered in Tokyo. During the 1950s, he was assigned to Air Defense Commands in Missouri and Colorado.

Jarred Crabb joined the Army Air Corps in 1929 and received his wings in 1930. From 1930 until 1942 Crabb served in various assignments in the United States, Panama Canal Zone and Newfoundland, where he was commanding officer of Gander Air Force Base. He was then named commander of a bombardment group and went to the Pacific theater. By 1946 General Crabb was deputy commander of the Ninth Air Force, and in 1948 became deputy chief of staff for operations of the Far East Air Forces in Tokyo. General Crabb became chief of staff of the Air Defense Command at Ent Air Force Base, Colorado in 1952, went to Missouri for four years with the Central Air Defense Force, and in 1958 assumed duties as Chief of Staff, Headquarters Air Defense Command, ENT Air Force Base. He died in 1981.
