Mills, Julian.
A tugboat captain for 30 years who pioneered transportation on Alberta's northern waterways. Born in Fort Simpson, N.W.T., he received his first shipboard experience under his father, who was a famous captain for the Hudson's Bay Company. After World War I, he worked for the Company, first as an engineer, then as a captain. Later he worked for the Northern Transportation Company. His uncle was the geologist, pioneer, and explorer, Charles Camsell.
