McClellan (Ship)

The steamer the General George B. McClellan was a United States Army transport belonging to the Quartermaster's Department, U.S. Army. The McClellan was commanded for three years during the Civil War by Capt. Alfred G. Gray. Gray had previously commanded the steamships Atlantic and Baltic.
