Schramm, James S
Variant namesSchramm, a business executive in Burlington, Iowa, also served as Republican finance chairman in Iowa and was chairman of the Republican State Central Committee in Iowa. He was the executive vice-president of the Committee for a National Trade Policy. Schramm was also an art collector who served as president of the American Federation of Arts and as president of the Des Moines Art Center.
