Szathmary, Irving
Variant namesIrving Szathmary (1907-1983) was a composer, arranger and conductor who began his career in the big band era. He wrote arrangements for Benny Goodman and hosted his own radio show "Symphonie Moderne". Later, Szathmary became the musical director for shows such as the "Bill Dana Show," "I'm Dickens, He's Fenster," and "Get Smart."
