Leader, Shelah Gilbert, 1943-
Variant namesThe first president of the Buffalo chapter of the National Organization for Women, Leader was recording secretary for the National Commission on the Observance of International Women's Year. She was also the organizer of the film festival at the first National Women's Conference in Houston, Tex., in 1977.
