Miller, George H. (George Hall), 1919-2011
Variant namesMiller (b.1919) served in the Army from 1941 to 1945 with the 32nd Infantry Division and the 186th Infantry Regiment, 41st Infantry Division.
He earned his PhD in 1951 and was a professor of history at Ripon College from 1954 until his retirement in 1981. He was active in the Ripon Historical Society and was a past president of the Wisconsin Historical Society. Miller co-authored "Ripon College: A History" and wrote "Railroad and the Granger Laws."
