Black, Ebenezer Charlton, 1861-1927
Variant namesEbenezer Charlton Black was a Scots-American author, educator, and lecturer. A Harvard professor, he edited many of Shakespeare's plays and Walter Scott's works. He wrote poetry and literary criticism, and lectured widely on literary topics.
