Gunn, Charles B.

Charles B. Gunn was born April 10, 1918, and grew up in New Haven, Connecticut. Starting out in 1936 as a clerk with the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad Company, he served the company in various capacities for forty-four years. From 1954 to 1956, Gunn was the official photographer of the company, but he continued to photograph locomotives, stations and other railroad related scenes. He retired in 1980 and dies on April 12, 2002.
