Painter, Norfolk, Va. Best known for her definitive portraits, but worked in landscapes and mural painting as well. A scholarship for her work enabled her to attend the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia for four years. She was the first president of the Norfolk Art Corner.
