His other publications include: Marlowe's Dr Faustus, (1961, reprinted 1979); ed., Pope, Selected Poems (1962, reprinted 1974); ed, Ben Jonson, Volpone, (1967, reprinted 1980); ed, Shakespeare, Coriolanus, 1976; On Shakespeare (1989); contributor to books on Shakespeare, Milton, Pope, Marvell, and to Shakespeare Survey, Times Literary Supplement and other publications.
