Hajdukovich, John, 1879-1965
Variant namesJohn Hajdukovich came to the Fairbanks-Big Delta area from Montenegro, Yugoslavia in 1904. In addition to mining for gold, he operated several trading posts on the upper Tanana River, worked as a fur dealer, big game guide and served as U.S. Game Commissioner.
