Manning, William Andrew, 1847-1937.
Irish immigrant who worked for Western Union Telegraph Co. (1863-1893) and was an active member of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church on Bridge Ave. in Cleveland. He was active in many religious and Irish groups. He married Mary Devine in 1870 and after her death in 1905 he married Katherine G. Nolan.
