Massachusetts Federation of Churches.
The Massachusetts Federation of Churches was organized in 1902 by representatives of four religious denominations, and grew to fifteen denominational members by 1924. In 1926, the Federation adopted a Resolution urging abolishing compulsory military training in schools and colleges.
