Hale, Jr., 1869-1946, Princeton Class of 1892, was a physician and local historian of Princeton. John Maclean, Jr., 1800-1886, Princeton Class of 1816, was a member of the faculty of the College of New Jersey (now Princeton University) for fifty years, serving successively as tutor, professor, vice-president, and tenth president (1854-68).
