Howard, Charles E. N., Jr.
Charles E.N. Howard, Jr. was a United States (U.S.) Army officer. He was a 1st lieutenant, aide-de-camp to Major-General Johnson Hagood, commanding the 3rd Army and the VIII Corps Area; assistant judge-advocate, VIII Corps Area; captain and major of field artillery, U.S. Army Forces, Far East.
