Titus, Robert C. (Robert Cyrus), 1839-1918.
Born in Eden, N.Y. Graduated from Oberlin College, then studied law; admitted to the bar in 1865. Served as district attorney, state senator, supreme court judge, and co-counsel for Leon Czolgosz, the assassin of President William McKinley.
