Stephens, Hazel.
Franklin Delano Roosevelt (1882-1945) served as the 32nd President of the United States from 1933-1945. He died at Warm Springs, Georgia on April 12, 1945. Roosevelt first came to Warm Springs in 1924 to visit the heated springs as treatment for his polio. He built a small cottage there in 1932 which was later known as the Little White House.
