Binns, L. J.
L. J. Binns was a caricaturist working after the turn of the century in England. He drew caricatures of British personalities, mainly from the worlds of theater and politics. Binns had associations with two predominant caricaturists of this period, Sir Francis Carruthers Gould and Harry Furniss.
