Mary Anne Kay
Mary Anne Kay was the niece of the poetess, Eleanor Anne Franklin (nee Porden), and her husband, Sir John Franklin. In May 1832, she married the Arctic explorer, Edward Nicholas Kendall, with whom she had four children. She was widowed in February 1845.
