Taylor, Thomas F. (Thomas Frank)
Variant namesThomas Frederick Taylor was a civil servant and real estate dealer in Austin, Texas. He married journalist Bride Neill (1858-1937) in 1880, and the couple moved to Washington, D.C., returning to Austin in 1883.
