Federal reserve bank of Dallas
Variant namesMember of the Federal Reserve System for the eleventh district, which includes Texas, Northern Louisiana, Southern New Mexico, and Arizona. Operating branch banks in Houston, San Antonio, and El Paso, its subscribers include all national banks in its district, and also many state bank and trust companies. Reserve banks hold the reserve balances of member banks, extend credit to member banks, issue Federal Reserve notes and act as a clearing house and collection agent for member banks.
