Organization of American Women for Strict Neutrality
Headquartered at Roland Park, Baltimore, Maryland, the Organization of American Women for Strict Neutrality was against exportation of munitions; it urged an embargo on arms, and circulated a petition to the President and Congress decrying arms shipments as immoral. About two million signatures were the goal of the petitioners.
