Caceres-Kassis, Edda.
Edda Caceres-Kassis came to Onondaga County from Puerto Rico. She is a community organizer involved in many of the social services agencies in the city and one of the first employed by MANOS. Caceres-Kassis Organizes a yearly Fiesta de Pascuas (Latino Easter Celebration) where many Latinos come together to celebrate Easter. This party is a family-oriented celebration with many children present. She also participates in the organization of Parandas Navideñas or Christmas celebrations. These are annual events.
