Edda Caceres-Kassis came to Onondaga County from Puerto Rico. She is a community organizer involved in many of the social services agencies in the city and one of the first employed by MANOS. Caceres-Kassis Organizes a yearly Fiesta de Pascuas (Latino Easter Celebration) where many Latinos come together to celebrate Easter.
