Kampman, Christian Frederick, 1708-1808
Christian Frederick Kampman was a Moravian physician who came to Pennsylvania in 1781; he practiced at Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and then Hope in Sussex County, New Jersey, before returning to Bethlehem in 1808.
