Women's Committee for World Disarmament.
This committee, chaired by Emma Wold, was organized in March 1921 to direct the political power of the public upon the President and Congress. The Committee called for an international disarmament conference and for the curtailing of military appropriations. Its headquarters was in Washington, D.C. The Women's Committee suspended active work April 22, 1922.
