Noblin, Stuart
Stuart Noblin (1913- ) was a professor of History, North Carolina State University, and author of "Leonidas La Fayette Polk, Agrarian Crusader" (Chapel Hill, University of North Carolina Press, 1949).

Stuart Noblin (b. 1913) received his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina, 1947, and was the author of Leonidas La Fayette Polk, Agrarian Crusader and other writings and articles on L. L. Polk (1837-1892), North Carolina's first commissioner of agriculture, founder of the Progressive Farmer, and president of the National Farmers' Alliance and Industrial Union.
