Tupper, Stanley Roger

Served in the Maine Legislature in 1953. Was elected to Congress in 1953 and served in the 87th Congress from Maine's 2nd District, and the 88th-89th Congress from the 1st District. He served as the Assistant Attorney General for Maine, 1959-1960.
