McDowell, Donald E.
Medical doctor and missionary; born October 23, 1924; attended Wheaton College until 1943, when he was drafted and sent by the Army to medical school at Temple University; finished B.S. degree at Wheaton, 1946; sent by U.S. Public Health to Paraguay as hospital administrator, 1951; attended New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary; served as missionary in Asuncion, Paraguay, 1955-1973.
