Morris The Public Relations Division conducts all public affairs and information activities of the Panama Canal Commission and promotes a general understanding of the objectives and operations of the Panama Canal, thereby developing a favorable image of the organization among employees, the people of Panama and the United States, Canal customers worldwide and the international public, while furthering the cooperative relationship embodied in the Panama Canal Treaty of 1977, produces the Commission's newspaper, general information brochures, and all special publications and exhibits; provides photographic, graphic arts and audiovisual services to other units through the Audio Visual Services Branch, and has responsibility for all orientation service functions and printing services functions
