Dorothy Porter, also known as Dorothy Louise Porter Wesley, (b. Dorothy Burnett, May 25, 1905, Warrenton, Virginia-d. December 17, 1995, Broward County, Florida) African-American librarian, bibliographer and curator, who built the Moorland-Spingarn Research Center at Howard University.

Library curator and librarian; curator emerita, Moorland-Spingarn Research Center; b. Dorothy Louise Burnett; married 1st James Amos Porter (1905-1970); married 2nd Charles Harris Wesley (1891-1987).
