Anne Brontë (b. January 17, 1820, Thornton, Yorkshire, England–d. May 28, 1849, Scarborough, Yorkshire, England), English novelist and poet, was the youngest member of the Brontë literary family. She known for her her novel, The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, published uner her pseudonym, Acton Bell.
