The Office of Community Educational Services at Emory University provided short courses, workshops, and lectures that were geared toward members of the broader community. The short courses and special programs dealt with a wide range of topics and incldued current affairs, art appreciation, and professional development skills. The Office of Community Educational Services also sponsored the "Evening at Emory" short course program as well as the Emory University Reading Center.
