Ann McLaughlin Korologos (born Ann Marie Lauenstein; November 16, 1941), formerly known as Ann Dore McLaughlin, is an American businesswoman and cabinet official. She served as United States Secretary of Labor from 1987 to 1989.

Born in Chatham, New Jersey, she was educated at Saint Patrick School, the Academy of Saint Elizabeth, Marymount College, Tarrytown of Fordham University, where she spent a year studying abroad at the University of London, and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She supervised network communications at ABC-TV in New York from 1963 to 1966 and was an account executive at Myers-Infoplan International from 1969 to 1971. She later became director of communications for the Presidential Election Commission from 1971 to 1972 and director of the Office of Public Information at the EPA from 1973 to 1974. McLauglin worked for Union Carbide Corp. from 1974 to 1977 and then for McLaughlin and Co. from 1977 to 1981.

During the Reagan administration, she was assistant secretary for public affairs for the Department of the Treasury from 1981 to 1984, Undersecretary of the Interior from 1984 to 1987, and Secretary of Labor from 1987 to 1989. From 1990 to 1995, she was head of the Federal City Council, a group of business, civic, education, and other leaders interested in economic development in Washington, D.C. From 1996 to 2000, she was the chair of the Aspen Institute. From 2000 to 2006, she was on the board of directors of Microsoft. She currently serves as a member of the board of directors of several companies, including Fannie Mae, Vulcan Materials Company, and the Kellogg Company, and from 2004-2009 served as chairman of the RAND Corporation board of trustees.
