Biographical notes:
John Foster Tucker III was born in Philadelphia on March 22, 1950, and died there on February 24, 2008. Tucker spent his entire professional career as a manager in public transportation agencies, primarily with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA).
