Biographical notes:
Born at Fargo, N.D. Began studies at Concordia College in 1914, completed her degree in 1949. Taught music in Fargo, including at Oak Grove School. Graduated from Fargo College Conservatory, did some post graduate work in Chicago. Also active in Woman's Christian Temperance Union, member of Pioneer Daughters, Fargo Organ Guild, and Mu Phi Epsilon. Buried at Riverside Cemetery, Fargo, N.D.
