Biographical notes:
Gas and electric utility serving Southern Arizona from 1880 to the present; in April 1979 the company sold its natural gas operations to Southwest Gas Corporation of Las Vegas, Nevada and changed its name from Tucson Gas & Electric Co. to Tucson Electric Power Co.
