First designated Office of Student Services in 1978/79, it was originally administered by the Dean of Students, Roberta J. Barnes. In 1988, it was reorganized and administered by the Vice President of Student Services, Patricia Kay Miltenberger.
Major program areas are administered by associate deans and assistants and include enrollment services, exit withdrawals and testing services, student life, and student development.
