Biographical notes:
Helen Kusman was chairman of the New York Metropolitan Branch of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom from 1970 to 1974. From 1973 to 1979 she served as Vice-President of the National Executive Board, representing the Northeast Region of the WILPF.
