Christ's Mission
Biographical notes:
Nondenominational mission agency working among ex-Catholic priests; founded in 1883 by James A. O'Connor, it published THE CONVERTED CATHOLIC (later CHRISTIAN HERITAGE) and also sponsored conferences and speakers on the influence of the Catholic Church in the United States; in the late 1970s and '80s sponsored evangelistic work in Italy; the mission was dissolved and its staff and assets taken over by International teams in 1984.
