Shadegg, Stephen
Biographical notes:
Stephen Shadegg was a Phoenix, Arizona, pharmaceutical manufacturer and political consultant. He served as campaign manager and advisor to Goldwater, who was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 1952 and reelected in 1958. Shadegg was a regional coordinator for Goldwater's 1964 presidential campaign against Lyndon B. Johnson and assisted with his subsequent Senate campaigns. Goldwater retired from the Senate in January 1987.
