Christian worker; born Milton Alfonso Acosta on January 28, 1962, in Barranquilla, Colombia; educated at Colegio La Salle in Monteria, Corporaction Unicosta Barranquilla, and in 1991 received an M.A. from Wheaton College Graduate School; staff member for Unidad Cristiana Universitaria since 1986.
