Biographical notes:
The State Tobacco Warehouse Building Commission was created under Section 2 of Chapter 804 of the Acts of 1906. The Governor was named in the Act as Chairman of the Commission. The Commission was established to remodel and equip warehouses in Baltimore City and to purchase land in the city in order to erect a warehouse. Records of the Commission were filed wth the Board of Public Works.
