Biographical notes:
According to a letter from the donor (Loren W. Cumberford's stepdaughter), Cumberford was mayor of Boulder for four years and a member of the city council for many years. He owned the Imperial Tea and Coffee Store on Broadway and was vice president of the National State Bank.
