North Carolina State University. Fort Bragg Program.
Beginning during World War II, North Carolina State College (later, University) began a program of coursework at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, North Carolina. In 1964, approval was given for the university to operate a four-year branch at the military base. Responsibility for the program was shifted to Fayetteville State University by July 1, 1973. NCSU ran a short-lived graduate program there until 1982.
