Niblack, Albert P. (Albert Parker), 1859-1929
Niblack was a native of Vincennes, Knox County, Indiana; an officer in the U.S. Navy (1880-1923), serving in the Spanish-American War in Cuba and the Philippines (1898-1901), and as a naval attacheĢ to the American Legation in Buenos Aires, Argentina (1910-1911), and Berlin, Germany (1911-1913); and reached the rank of Rear Admiral (1917).
